If it is your first time in Colombia

What people usually ask us on the phone.

These are the real questions — the ones people ask before booking. If you have others, call us. We would rather talk it through.

Can you walk out?
Yes, within Bello Horizonte: the supermarket is opposite, Zazue Plaza 350 metres off, the beach a hundred. For the centre of Santa Marta, and for evenings, you go by car — and we call the taxi.
How do you get here from the airport?
We come and get you. It is fifteen minutes — Simón Bolívar sits south of the city, on our side of it.
What about the hotel next door?
The residence sits beside a five-star hotel, and its beach and restaurant are open to people staying here if you want them.
Water, power, internet?
Normal. Three air conditioners, six ceiling fans, hot water in three bathrooms out of four. If something breaks, the man who fixes it lives two streets away.
