This site describes a house and sells nothing online. Here, in full, is everything that happens to your data when you visit it.
Who handles the data
The owners of Villa Incanto, Mauro and Mateo, at mvmgua@yahoo.it and me@mateonunez.co. No other company is involved: no agency, no manager, no intermediary.
What the site collects
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixel, no login. The pages are static and do not record who opens them.
The contact form
The form on the contact page sends nothing to any server: it opens your own mail application with the message already written, and it is you who decide whether to send it. What reaches us reaches us by email, or on WhatsApp if you write there, and we keep it only to answer you and arrange the stay.
Third-party services
Two only. The typefaces come from Google Fonts and the map on the contact page from OpenStreetMap: both see your IP address at the moment the page loads, as any externally hosted image would. WhatsApp belongs to Meta and has its own terms, which apply when you write to us there.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what of yours we hold, have it corrected or have it deleted, by writing to either address above. We delete it and write back to say it is done.
Photo credits
The photographs of the house and the residence are ours. Those of the excursions listed below are not: they are photographs of those places published under a Creative Commons licence, cropped to the site’s frame, with the name of whoever took them.
