Mamancana is a six-hundred-hectare nature reserve at the foot of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta: ten minutes from the international airport, five from the most exclusive hotel district in the city and twenty from the old town. Santa Marta, “the Pearl of America”, is the oldest city in Colombia, founded in 1525.
